MĀORI NAME: kohuorangi, tāpia, pirita, pirinoa (all in PlantsWilliams 1971); puka, tīrauriki (PlantsDetailsTaylor 1855)


COMMON NAME: mistletoe


NOTES: May be found on almost every species of tree and shrub round Dunedin (Buchanan 1869). It is found on kahikatea and the pukatea; it bears a blue berry (in Taylor 1855).
